AAV-Mediated Expression-Linked Promoter Selection (ELiPS) Applied Across Diverse Cell Types

Project:

I am working on generating cell-specific libraries of short, high expression promoters that can be utilized in a variety of gene therapy applications. Currently, I am engineering a promoter library to target microglia in AAV-based gene delivery vehicles.
Hobbies: Rock climbing, mountain biking, running, and reading (for fun!)
