Enhanced AAV capsids with CNS tropism, Expanding AAV Packaging Capacity

Project Description:

Using directed evolution to engineer AAV capsids with enhanced targeting specificity to specific cells in the Central Nervous System. I am also trying to expand AAV’s packaging capacity using directed evolution.
